Hi! I’m Jayashree!

I’m a student passionate about computational methods in Astrophysics, Quantum systems, and Molecular Dynamics. I recently graduated from IISER Mohali in 2025 with a Master’s degree in Physics. I’ve pursued research across institutes like EPFL Switzerland, ANU Canberra, MPI for Solar System Research Goettingen, and IISER Mohali, contributing to multiple international publications as both lead and co-author. My work spans topics from star formation to electrostatic force computations in MD, leveraging HPC and numerical methods.

Outside research, I am an avid reader and writer, badminton player and a carnatic singer. I also dabble a little in photography.

• Apr 2025: I will be joining FU Berlin as an MSCA scholar for my PhD! I will be working with Prof. Cecilia Clementi in building Machine Learning models to better model Quantum dots!
